My name is Megan and I just bought my first home!
Being a first-time home buyer has certainly been challenging. I think I broke every "rule" there is! Don't buy a HUD house. Don't buy a property needing major utility repairs. The list goes on, I'm sure.
But the one thing that counts most: I love my new house. Now to turn it into a home!
